Coach Sue Welker has made the difficult decision to step down from coaching Waves. Along with coaching the Benet girls' team, enjoying the winter months in Florida, and 3 new grandbabies arriving this month (!), she will be focusing more on promoting masters swimming in general and looking toward possibly volunteering at the state and national level. She also hopes to run more Swimcations in the future! And now, maybe we will see her in the pool when her schedule allows. :)

Coach Sue founded the Naperville Waves program over 24 years ago, and worked tirelessly over the years to make it an incredibly successful Masters Swim Club. It has truly been an indescribably important part of so many of our lives.
